Refund policy

Returns
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Opened or used items, as well as gift cards or promotional items, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@saronsberg.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- We will gladly assist in resolving the problem.

To return your product, please courier your item to:

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount (if applicable).
